Additional Terms: We are not liable for lost items. Any spilled drinks/stains will result in a cleaning fee of $200. We reserve the right to cancel and/or modify tours according to availability, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. We have a track record of not cancelling any tours, but in the event that does occur, you will receive a full refund. Any drunken behaviour or hostility that causes the guide to be uncomfortable due to abusive language, bullying, or intimidation may be grounds to end the tour early. By using our website, booking our tours, you agree that the activities you engage in are completely voluntary and you will hold harmless OM LLC, Willamette Valley Tour, LLC its employees, contractors, agents and owners from any loss, accidents or unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
